Vycius Pitio told me to go to Oarsman Alius Flagius on the Saber of the Straits and pay him to turn a shipment of contraband over to the Dustmoth Garrison. He said that while the Oarsman is usually paid 1000 gold for his shipments, I should try to negotiate the price down to 500 gold.
Alius Flagius became frustrated that I would not pay him, and is now refusing to turn over any contraband.
I persuaded the Oarsman to unlock the door to the contraband closet.
I told the Captain of the Saber of the Straits that Alius Flagius was selling the ship's contraband to the Dustmoth Garrison. He was enraged, and swore that he would be punished.
Vycius Pitio was pleased that I got the skooma, and gave me 400 more gold.
Vycius Pitio was concerned to hear that Alius Flagius had been caught, and took back his 500 septims.
Darnell thanked me for reporting the Oarsman to the Captain and gave me some Long Blade training as a reward.
