Properly Purloined

Captain Maurrisha needs me to fill in for a guard assigned to sewer duty below the Ebon Tower. She gave me a note listing my specific responsibilities.

While on sewer duty, I met a Wood Elf in the section of the sewers that leads to the Coast Guard Keep's vault.

I convinced the Wood Elf to leave the sewers.

I told the Wood Elf, who is a Thieves Guild member, that I wouldn't get in her way. As thanks, she warned me about a deadly shock trap in the Ebon Tower Palace's treasure chamber. It sits just above a ladder in the sewers and killed the thieves who broke in that way.

The Wood Elf attacked me after I threatened to arrest her.

I informed Captain Maurrisha that I have finished with sewer duty.
