Rumus Stannicus' Testimony

Olfvur Steel-Skin ordered me to locate Rumus Stannicus, the disgraced General Casik's former second-in-command. Rumus was last seen in Firewatch a few months ago.

In Firewatch, I was told that Rumus Stannicus had gone to seek work in Ranyon-ruhn.

In Ranyon-ruhn, I was told that Rumus Stannicus had since left for Llothanis.

In Llothanis, I was told that Rumus Stannicus was now in Tel Mothrivra.

In Tel Mothrivra, I was told that Rumus Stannicus was seen with the Telvanni Alvan Indrano. Indrano lives in the nearby cave of Falascu.

I found Rumus Stannicus in Falascu, captured and held prisoner by the Telvanni wizard Alvan Indrano.

I convinced Alvan Indrano to release Rumus Stannicus.

Alvan Indrano is dead. He can no longer hold Rumus Stannicus prisoner.

Rumus Stannicus agreed to return to the Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart for questioning. He will meet me there.

Olfvur told me to go to the central offices of the Imperial Commission across the square, where Rumus was about to testify at the Imperial Magistrate's office.

Belisatha Mede asked me to conduct Rumus' testimony.

Rumus Stannicus has died before being able to give his testimony. Now it may be impossible to learn the truth behind General Casik's case.

Rumus Stannicus testified that Casik had a Telvanni lover. Rumus believes that this lover, once an adviser to the Duchess Vaynth, convinced Casik to attack Firewatch in an attempt to depose Vaynth.
