Slaves in Zarathil

I have been ordered to assist with the return of some escaped Hlaalu slaves. They are being held ransom by smugglers in Zarathil. A Hlaalu slavecatcher will meet me there.

Mathas Irathyn, the Hlaalu slavecatcher sent to Zarathil, told me he would handle returning the slaves once I get rid of the smugglers.

The smugglers in Zarathil are dead.

I reported the deaths of the smugglers to Mathas Irathyn.

I've reported back to Antonius Rato after having killed the smugglers in Zarathil. He did not inquire on the state of the escaped Hlaalu slaves.

Antonius Rato gave me the reward for returning the escaped Hlaalu slaves. Since the smugglers were already dead he saw no reason to send me to Zarathil.
