Incredible Threat

A man named Kovan Davethi at the Bal Foyen docks asked me to deliver a package for Nolus Atrius, the magistrate of Balmora. I agreed, and he gave me a forward payment with more promised should the package arrive intact. I was also told to tell the Nolus that the package was from a friend in Balmora. Nolus lives in Atrius Manor on the west side of Bal Foyen, across from an Imperial chapel.

Kovan Devethi's package for Nolus Atrius contained a bloody dagger.

Kovan Davethi became hostile when confronted about the bloody dagger in the package for Nolus Atrius, but calmed down when I said that I'd still do the job.

Kovan gave me the rest of my promised gold from the original delivery as thanks. He also requested that I go back to Nolus Atrius and tell him that I found his corpse in the Sundered Scar.

Kovan then gave me the rest of the money for the delivery of the original package and promised one final reward should I plant the skull successfully. He told me I could find him at the Innside Out in Darvonis when I'm done.

I delivered the package for Nolus Atrius and informed him that Kovan Davethi was dead. Nolus was confused, but grateful that a possible plot against his life was stopped. Nolus rewarded me for my trouble.
