Cell Bound

Apprentice Samay has been arrested. Ethalvora doesn't know the charges, but she wants me to go to the Imperial Commission and convince Magistrate Janonia Melitus to free Samay.

Samay claims that he deliberately got himself arrested so that he could avoid the debt-collectors of the Camonna Tong.

Janonia Melitus says Samay pled guilty to disturbing the peace. Allegedly, he summoned a scamp directly in front of the Temple and provoked the Temple faithful until he was arrested.

I convinced Janonia Melitus to free Samay. He will be awaiting me below, in the Bal Foyen Imperial Commission's garrison.

Samay asked me to escort him back to the Bal Foyen guildhall, as he is frightened of being ambushed by his Camonna Tong creditors.
