The Tower of the Enchantress

Arch-Mage Gindaman asked me to retrieve a Scroll of Forbidden Domination. This powerful scroll is apparently quite rare, but according to Gindaman, there is one in the possession of a reclusive enchantress named Ostrala Rouillac somewhere in the Velothi Mountains. The Arch-Mage recommended that I speak with a scout in the village of Uman named Derana Galvith for assistance locating this solitary mystic.

According to Derana Galvith, Ostrala Rouillac lives in a snowbound Velothi tower called Hasarund, which is perched on a high shoulder of Mount Dunul near the source of the Pryai River.

I met Ostrala Rouillac at her tower of Hasarund. The enchantress offered me the Scroll of Forbidden Domination in exchange for the captured soul of a local goblin warlord named Urak. He leads the Iron Claw goblins at Kharom, a cave south of Ostrala's tower in the Velothi Mountains.

Ostrala Rouillac fulfilled her end of the bargain, and gave me the Scroll of Forbidden Domination in exchange for the captured soul of Urak.

Gindaman rewarded me for recovering the Scroll of Forbidden Domination by teaching me a spell from Firsthold called Auridia Gematria.
