Marcus Reprus' Ring

I met a man named Marcus Reprus on the road between Darvonis and Marog. He claims to have been kidnapped by smugglers on the way to Marog but escaped, leaving behind a family heirloom in the process. I have agreed to retrieve a stolen ring from the smugglers, who he says are camped nearby.

I met Sassanibat, one of the smugglers that Marcus Reprus claims kidnapped him. She told me that she and her companion found Marcus unconscious from sulfur fumes and brought him to their camp to rest. She also claims that when he ran away, he took an amulet of hers. Sassanibat refused to give Marcus' ring back unless it's in exchange for the amulet.

Although Marcus did not believe Sassanibat's side of the story, he agreed to hand over the amulet.

I returned the amulet to Sassanibat in exchange for Marcus' ring.

I returned Marcus' ring and was rewarded for my efforts.

Marcus Reprus is dead.
