A Khajiit named M'Raskhar the Dicey asked me to help him with selling a new casino game, which he claims is popular in Elsweyr, to the Fortuna. He gave me a rulebook and told me to speak with the Dunmer in charge of the Fortuna to sell the game to them.
I was told that Rogatus Cipius, the Factor of the East Empire Company in Narsis, expressed interest in investing in gambling.
The Fortuna isn't interested in buying M'Raskhar's game due to it being too complicated. They believe it could never make them enough money at the tables to justify the purchase.
Rogatus Cipius expressed avid interest in buying M'Raskhar's game. He gave me 500 gold to deliver to M'Raskhar.
M'Raskhar the Dicey was disappointed that his game, Caravan, may never be sold, but gave me a small payment for my services and let me keep the rulebook.
M'Raskhar the Dicey was excited to hear that the Factor of the EEC showed keen interest in his game. As a sign of gratitude in getting him this far, M'Raskhar let me keep half the payment from Rogatus.
M'Raskhar the Dicey is dead.
