Tovas Lythandas says that the shrine to St. Seryn in Saveri has been repeatedly desecrated. I am to travel to Saveri, discover who is responsible, and put a permanent end to it.

A Saveri local told me that a witch and heretic named named Arnsi Brenos is likely responsible for desecrating the shrine to St. Seryn. Arnsi lives in Numanbit, east of Saveri.

Tovas Lythandas thanked me for killing Arnsi Brenos.
