Packrat

Nalvyna Balen at the Bal Foyen port authority asked me to track down three items that have gone missing from the warehouse: a bottle of vintage goya, a fine glass plate and a copy of King Edward, volume five. She believes that the items are still in the docks warehouse, which is located at the eastern side of the docks.

I handed over the missing items to Nalvyna Balen. She rewarded me with a selection of gems for retrieving them.
