I've agreed to help the enchanter Nelmyne Athones retrieve a stolen robe with an enchantment which improves your long blade skill but weighs you down. Nelmyne said it was stolen by an Argonian who looked like a sailor, so she recommends that I search for her at the Waterfront.
My investigation for the robe thief led me to Gently-Rocking-Hull, an Argonian who offers long blade training out of The Rigged Challenge down by the Narsis docks.
I believe I've found an Argonian who matches the description Nelmyne gave me. Her name is Gently-Rocking-Hull, and she offers long blade training out of The Rigged Challenge down by the Narsis docks. She is wearing a rather expensive robe.
Gently-Rocking-Hull is dead.
Gently-Rocking-Hull handed the robe over peacefully after I exposed her by offering her to train in private.
I retrieved the robe for Nelmyne. She was extremely thankful and gave me a powerful soul.
I warned Gently-Rocking-Hull that Nelmyne Athones was after her. She said she'd flee the city and gave me some gold.
Nelmyne Athones is dead.
