Milara Orvayn, Master of the Eight-Bones Temple in Narsis' Council Quarter, tasked me with necromancer responsible for the foul undead that used to slip into the Narsis Catacombs from the sewers. I killed Faengorn, a Bosmer necromancer hiding in the sewers near a secret passage to the Narsis Catacombs.

Milara Orvayn thanked me for killing the sewer necromancer.
