Hleras Selaro says that the bandits who stole the goods of the robbed congregants are hiding in the Viake Ancestral Tomb. It's located in the outer Othreleth Woods, not far east of the Daedric ruin Adursaranit. Hleras believes that it's the Temple's duty to ensure order and would prefer that I kill the bandits.
