The Guar-Sitter

I met a Dunmer trader named Dorlu Helan in the poor part of Ald Iuval. His pack guar had disappeared along with the Imperial he had paid to watch over it. He promised me a reward if I bring the guar back.

A local told me an Imperial man had chased a guar out of Ald Iuval's southern gate. I was told the guard tower's watchman might have seen more.

I was told an Imperial with a pack guar ran into Han-Palit, a cave just southeast of Ald Iuval's southern guard tower.

I found the Imperial with a pack guar in Han-Palit by the shore of Lake Coronati, cornered by two swamp trolls. The guar was dead.

After I killed the swamp trolls, I discovered Vodunius Nuccius was the Imperial that Dorlu Helan hired. Vodunius thanked me for saving him from the trolls, but he had no intention of returning to the trader.

I returned Vodunius Nuccius's pants to him.

I went back to Dorlu Helan to inform him of the fate of his guar. I convinced him that he had to just let it go.

I went back to Dorlu Helan to inform him of the fate of his guar. He made me pay 200 gold for damages caused by Vodunius Nuccius.

I went back to Dorlu Helan to inform him of the fate of his guar. I refused to reimburse him for the damages caused by Vodunius Nuccius.

Dorlu Helan is dead.
