Deal with Disela

Hofmund has asked me to speak to Disela about Caedan Jorval's crimes.

Disela suspects that one of her employees, possibly Caedan Jorval, is passing information to the East Empire Company. She has asked me to recover proof of this arrangement, and suggested I search both the East Empire Company's headquarters in Firewatch and her building in Helnim.

When I brought the coded document to Disela, she asked me to find a code book that I could then use to decipher it. If Caedan Jorval is an agent of the East Empire Company, I may be able to find the code book in his quarters.

I brought the code book I found in the Zafirbel Bay Company barracks to Disela. She said that it would not be sufficient evidence to prove Caedan Jorval's wrongdoing unless I also brought her a decoded document, originally in East Empire Company cipher.

I have brought proof of Caedan Jorval's involvement with the East Empire Company to Disela, and she has agreed to investigate his conduct in Helnim before handing him to the Legion. Hofmund will want to know about this.

Hofmund was happy to hear about the deal I struck with Disela.

Hofmund was not pleased to hear about Disela's death, and decided to turn himself in to the Legion.

I have told Caedan Jorval where he can find Helnim's gang of thieves.

With their leader dead, I won't be able to recruit the gang of thieves in Helnim.
