Offer They Can't Refuse

Thorleif Stage-Hand instructed me to steal the Amulet of Blasting Charm from the Hlaalu Theater in Narsis. He needs it to convince the authorities to leave us alone. I can find the theater in Narsis' Council Quarter.

I gave the Amulet of Blasting Charm to Thorleif Stage-Hand.

Thorleif Stage-Hand is dead.
