You have been expelled, %PCRank. You have to make amends before talking about this further. Arquebald Vene
Now that the pocket guildhall is destroyed, we shouldn't expect any Daedric disturbances here in Old Ebonheart. Arquebald Vene
Thanks to you, the Daedric disturbances are no longer. But we've only treated the symptom. What remains is to cut out the liminal tumor. Arquebald Vene
Done? Good. Now, tell me something. Did you also notice how this "invasion force" seemed so utterly disorganized? How, instead of making one big push to Mundus, they instead each claimed a small chamber as their personal fief? Could they have been each acting with their own goals in mind? Could they have had no goals at all? My working hypothesis is that Lord Methats Uldun, whose realm so threatens ours, does not even know of the breach's existence. This, I believe, is the key to curing this liminal tumor. Arquebald Vene
Nasty critters, and there're thousands more on the other side. They might be a joke for you and me to handle, but countless innocents will die if any manage to break through to Mundus. We cannot let that happen. While you're away making sure it doesn't, I'll try to come up with a plan to solve this for good. I'll watch over the entrance back to the guild, of course. We can't have any Daedra sneaking past us, can we? Arquebald Vene
It is as I feared. Daedra have broken through the barrier separating this pocket dimension from the wider Oblivion. Nothing but you and me now stands between them and the streets of Old Ebonheart. As you can see by the bodies, I've taken care of those who occupied this entrance hall, but not before the others managed to get past me and into the other rooms. You have to vanquish the lieutenants. One in every chamber. The rest will scatter once their leadership is gone. Be on your way. Arquebald Vene
Yes, I was deep into reading that book by Camilonwe of Alinor on intra-planar travel -- you must know the one -- when I noticed that a ward spell I placed in the pocket guildhall was tripped. This can only mean the barrier between it and Vorthas Uldun might be wearing thin. We should venture back there and see what for ourselves before it's too late. See you on the other side.
