If you insist on following her, travel east along the Purple Road until you reach the first pair of road markers. There will be a dirt path on your left. Walk along it, past the Kren tomb, until you see another dirt path on your left. This one will lead up to the mesa that Ashurbalipal sits on. I would suggest bringing some scrolls of Divine Intervention with you. If Drilame is still alive and you can get her to read one, we'll be able to send her back to Narsis.

The path you're describing leads to several points of interest. But based on your description of this woman, I would guess that she's been drawn to the Daedric ruin of Ashurbalipal, which hosts an active cult of Sheogorath. I hope it goes without saying that these people are extremely volatile and dangerous. While I hate to be the bearer of bad news, I must inform you that even if Drilame survived the journey, she is almost certainly dead.
