I have heard that you claim to be the Nerevarine. I am not sure what to think about this, but I do not trust you, and I will not discuss duties with you. Hleras Selaro
The holy dagger is no longer in the hands of vile cultists. That's one good thing to come out of this. Hleras Selaro
Very well. The dagger was looted from Hlaalu-controlled lands, so it's fair that they get to keep it. I will make sure House Hlaalu receives it. You shall also be properly rewarded. Take this both as a reward for returning the dagger and as a sign of my gratitude. Muran and I have no further duties for you, but you're always welcome here. I won't forget your devotion to advancing the Temple's interests. Hleras Selaro
I have no issues with that. After Garnas' unfortunate demise, I believe it's a fitting way to honor his memory and provide comfort for his family. You should be properly rewarded as well. Take this as a sign of my gratitude. Muran and I have no further duties for you, but you're always welcome here. I won't forget your devotion to advancing the Temple's interests. Hleras Selaro
I have no issues with that. Consider the dagger yours, %PCRank. Muran and I have no further duties for you, but you're always welcome here. I won't forget your devotion to advancing the Temple's interests. Hleras Selaro
So, Muran doesn't want this dagger anywhere near the Temple? I can understand that. Given the situation, no side has a particularly strong claim to it. Since you've retrieved it twice already, I'll leave the decision to you. Should I send Salothas' Dagger to Silgrad, as Garnas intended, let House Hlaalu have it, or would you prefer to keep it for yourself? Hleras Selaro
Muran wants us to decide what to do with Salothas' Dagger? Do you have it with you, then? Recovering it is crucial. Hleras Selaro
I have heard that you claim to be the Nerevarine. I am not sure what to think about this, but I do not trust you, and I will not give you any duties. Muran Samarys
Very well. It's admirable of you to honor Garnas' wish, even after his death. Since this is all so sudden, I can't reward you adequately. 500 septims will have to suffice. You're free to go now, %PCRank. I have no more duties for you. Muran Samarys
Very well. It's admirable of you to honor Garnas' wish even after his death. Since this is all so sudden, I can't reward you as adequately as I'd like. 500 septims will have to suffice. Thank you for bringing closure to an old priest. Now, there is nothing more I could ask of you. You've served the Ald Iuval Temple well, %PCRank. Muran Samarys
You can keep it. I'm glad I'll never have to see it again. You're free to go now, %PCRank. I have no more duties for you. Muran Samarys
Very well. By all means, you deserve it. Thank you for bringing closure to an old priest. Now, there is nothing more I could ask of you. You've served the Ald Iuval Temple admirably, %PCRank. Muran Samarys
I don't want it in this Temple. I can't bear to be reminded of what Garnas was killed for. Should it be sent to Silgrad, or would you rather keep it? Muran Samarys
You don't have it with you? But you were supposed to recover it. Return when you have the dagger. Muran Samarys
You don't have the dagger? I may not want to keep it at our Temple, but I can't bear the thought of it just being lost forever again. Garnas wouldn't have wanted that. Please, would you try to find it? Muran Samarys
We'll decide what to do with the dagger once the matter of Garnas Mano's death is resolved. Muran Samarys
You should recover it, %PCRank. We can't let anyone steal it so soon after it was retrieved. Muran Samarys
I'm glad we were able to aid the Temple. It's a shame that Nidara Beris fell in battle. Felmaru Llendu
Sadly, I have no choice but to decline the Temple's request. With the recent passing of Nidara Beris, I can't be sending my warriors on dangerous missions to recover an artifact. My best regards still go to the Mano family and the Temple. Felmaru Llendu
I trust your judgment, %PCRank. We won't overlook the opportunity to recover such a significant item. Especially when it means getting rid of those damn cultists. Our fighter, Nidara Beris, will be waiting for you at Bessarnamidan. Felmaru Llendu
We'll be honored to help recover an artifact of such significance. Especially when it means getting rid of those damn cultists. You can count on House Redoran's assistance. Our fighter, Nidara Beris, will be waiting for you at Bessarnamidan. Felmaru Llendu Disposition ≥ 50
I'm not quick to deny the Temple's request, especially when it concerns such a significant item for our House. But sending my warriors to Bessarnamidan to fight the cultists poses great risk, and you're not making a strong case, %PCName. Felmaru Llendu
The pesky Mephalans have been dealt with, and the Temple has recovered its artifact. It's a pity that a good Hlaalu fighter died in the attack. Ivul Hleryn
The pesky Mephalans have been dealt with, and the Temple has recovered its artifact. I'm glad that all went well. Ivul Hleryn
We've had some recent losses. After Eralas Raram's death, I'd prefer not to send one of my fighters on such a dangerous mission. Salothas' Dagger isn't worth the risk. Ivul Hleryn
You're right, %PCRank. This is a good opportunity to deal with the cultists at Bessarnamidan. One of our warriors, Eralas Raram, will meet you at the daedric ruin. Ivul Hleryn
I agree, %PCName. This is a good opportunity to deal with the cultists at Bessarnamidan. One of our warriors, Eralas Raram, will meet you at the Daedric ruin. Ivul Hleryn Disposition ≥ 65
No, I'm afraid House Hlaalu won't be of help. The artifact doesn't justify such an operation. We'll deal with the cultists at a more opportune time. Ivul Hleryn
It's good that you could recover the dagger, but I worry what will happen with Garnas bringing it back to Silgrad. The Hlaalu might see it as the Redoran taking a victory lap with our sanction. Hleras Selaro
As I said, ask Ivul Hleryn and Felmaru Llendu for support in recovering Salothas' Dagger from the Mephalans. Hopefully, it'll ease the tensions caused by his mission. Besides, I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to you, %PCRank. Hleras Selaro
Obtaining this dagger for Garnas is a bad idea. In case Muran forgot to tell you, Garnas Mano is from a prominent Redoran family in Silgrad. One known for its past conflicts with the Hlaalu. Us handing over an artifact to him will raise tensions. However, both Houses will be pleased if you deal with the cultists in Bessarnamidan. Convincing at least the Hlaalu Councilor Ivul Hleryn and preferably the Redoran Commander Felmaru Llendu to aid you in the fight will make our one-sided favor less apparent. Hleras Selaro
%PCName, you've done a great service for me and the faithful of Silgrad. I'll take the dagger and head back home. Here's your reward -- the funds I organized for the mission. You've earned it. If luck has it, we'll meet again in Silgrad someday. Garnas Mano
That's fine. I'll rest here while you prepare. Delving into a Daedric ruin is nothing to be hasty about. Garnas Mano
It's the very same dagger that the thief and murderer Salothas intended to kill Saint Rilms with. Decades ago, the artifact was looted from Hlorandar by Mephalans and has been lost ever since. Only recently have I heard rumors that it might be hidden in the Daedric ruin of Bessarnamidan, northeast of Ald Iuval. That's why I've traveled all this way from Silgrad -- returning the dagger is a matter of honor for me. But before you go, I believe Muran's right hand, Hleras, also wanted to have a word with you. Garnas Mano
You're just as foul as the Mephalan cultists. I won't waste my breath discussing this holy artifact with you. Muran Samarys
Well done, %PCRank! I must admit, it pleases me greatly that you were both willing and able to aid my old friend. Take this. House Redoran and House Hlaalu have provided it as your reward for clearing the Daedric ruin of cultists. You deserve every bit of it. Maybe now, after fighting together by your side, the Houses will reconsider engaging in their constant squabbles. I hope to be able to assign you further duties soon, but that will have to wait. Return in three or so days if you're interested. Muran Samarys
Well done, %PCRank! I must admit, it pleases me greatly that you were both willing and able to help my old friend. Take this. House Hlaalu has provided it as your reward for clearing the Daedric ruin of cultists. You deserve every bit of it. Though I must ask: why didn't you let House Redoran assist you as well? I hope to be able to assign you further duties soon, but that will have to wait. Return in three or so days if you're interested. Muran Samarys

Well done, %PCRank! I must admit, it pleases me greatly that you were both willing and able to help my old friend. I trust Garnas' reward was sufficient? I hope to be able to assign you further duties soon, but that will have to wait. Return in three or so days if you're interested. Muran Samarys
Salothas was a famed and dangerous thief. During Saint Rilms' early childhood, while she was still living at her Redoran father's side, Salothas intended to kill her in her sleep with that dagger. However, Mephala persuaded him to take her as his disciple instead. That's why the dagger holds great importance to both the Temple and House Redoran. I'm not surprised that Garnas would want to recover it. Muran Samarys
