Muran Samarys wants me to discuss Salothas' Dagger with a man named Garnas Mano, who's currently recovering at the Temple in Ald Iuval.

Garnas Mano has come to Ald Iuval to recover a Temple artifact related to Saint Rilms called Salothas' Dagger. He has heard rumors that the dagger had been looted by Mephalans occupying the daedric ruin of Bessarnamidan, northeast of Ald Iuval. He has asked me to bring it to him. He also mentioned that Hleras Selaro wishes to speak with me.

Hleras Selaro dislikes the idea of bringing Salothas' Dagger to Garnas Mano, as aiding a controversial Redoran figure is likely to displease House Hlaalu. However, he believes that both Houses would welcome the removal of the cultists in Bessarnamidan. Convincing Hlaalu Councilor Ivul Hleryn and Redoran Commander Felmaru Llendu to assist in the fight against the Mephalans could help ease political tensions.

Ivul Hleryn has agreed to send a Hlaalu fighter, Eralas Raram, to aid me in Bessarnamidan.

Felmaru Llendu has agreed to send a Redoran fighter, Nidara Beris, to aid me in Bessarnamidan.

Garnas Mano thanked me for bringing Salothas' Dagger to him. He's taking it with him to Silgrad.

Muran Samarys was pleased that I was able to help Garnas Mano and told me that he'll have more duties in three days.
