I'm going to ask you plainly: are you stupid? You bring me a unique soul gem, a talking one, as you've said yourself, and then you ask me if it's a good idea to smash it? They let anyone join the guild these days.

No! Definitely do not do that. Haven't I already explained it to you? Missa Rhyle is gone. There's no way to set her free. The only thing that the gem contains is energy. Powerful energy. If you smash the gem, you'll just waste it all for no reason.

It is done. There's no need to bring it up any longer.

Good. Let's do it. [%Name smashes the soul gem.] That's that then. She's free now. Well, as free as she can be. Good work, %pcrank. It's only appropriate that I give you these for your cooperation. And never attempt what Missa Rhyle had done, for it will lead you to the same hopeless place where she ended up.

You should actually bring the gem if you want to destroy it.

Unfortunate. Return to me if you change your mind.

It's good that you agree with me. Are you ready to smash it?

What gem?
