Madril Berend in the Almas Thirr Canalworks mentioned discovering a stolen Indoril helm. His brother Hlarven, recently interested in joining House Hlaalu, has been trying to keep him from reporting the theft to House Indoril. He asked me to either convince Hlarven that reporting the helm is the right thing to do, or to report it to commander Irnami Silsi in the local Indoril garrison in the northern lighthouse.
