Recover the Map of Ushu-Dimmu

Serjo Tholer Andas has a job for the Fighters Guild. Neras Hardil doesn't know the details, but told me to take Andas' orders seriously. He instructed me to go to the Andas Estate and speak with Ulvys Ules.

Ulvys Ules told me that a courier working for Tholer Andas has been kidnapped. My job is to find out where the courier is being held and bring the map that he was carrying safely to the Andas Estate. Whether or not I can save the kidnapped courier is irrelevant. One of the kidnappers, Anbarnag gro-Muk, is being held in a cell in the Andas Estate sewers. I can get to his cell through the baths downstairs.
