Theft of Brass

Felmo Ilveroth informed me that somebody has stolen thirty brass tokens from the chapel. He told me to ask for leads around the chapel in order to track down the thief and retrieve the stolen tokens.

I learned that Cyrtus Clagno, a lay servant of the Imperial Cult, disappeared from the chapel around the same time the stolen tokens went missing.

Felmo Ilveroth told me that Cyrtus Clagno lives in a house located in the poor district near the docks. He gave me a key to his house and asked me to search for clues there.

Inside Cyrtus Clagno's house, I found notes which mention a 'tower of brass on top of a volcano'.

Based on the notes I found, Felmo Ilveroth suspects that Cyrtus Clagno traveled to the Dwemer ruins of Bthung, which are located east of Old Ebonheart on the eastern slope of the Mount Aras volcano. He asked me to follow Cyrtus there and retrieve the thirty stolen tokens. To narrow my search, he also mentioned that Cyrtus seemed too cowardly to enter the ruins proper.

I found Cyrtus Clagno under a bridge near the Dwemer ruins of Bthung.

Felmo Ilveroth thanked me for retrieving the stolen tokens. He rewarded me for my help and explained that Cyrtus Clagno was a victim of brass fever, a rare and taboo disease.
