I agreed to help Margia Sycora, the woman who cursed the foul-mouthed Imperial, find out who placed the bounty on her. In exchange, she gave me a potion to cure the Imperial. She also promised to offer me training in alchemy and conjuration once I returned with the info.
Foedus Locutius says that he was given the contract on Margia Sycora by Ja'Basska at the Almas Thirr Fighters Guild, but wasn't told who requested the job.
Ja'Basska told me that the contract on Margia Sycora was placed by the Indoril Ilvi.
Margia Sycora thanked me for finding out who placed the contract on her. She is now willing to offer me training.
Margia Sycora was frustrated that I couldn't discover who placed the contract on her.
Margia Sycora is dead.
