The Torc of Sil

Irilyn Aran told me that an outlander named Valgo Geldius has been flaunting the Torc of Sil, a minor relic, around Othrenis. Irilyn suspects that that the Torc is stolen property and told me to determine whether this was true. If it is, I am to bring Irilyn the Torc so that it can be returned to its owner.

Valgo Geldius told me that he purchased the Torc of Sil from a woman he met outside Sunbabi, a tower north of Othrenis.

I found a note in Sunbabi recording the sale of an enchanted amulet that was looted from a tomb.

Solas Ilvu, the Othrenis temple's enchanter, told me that the Torc of Sil was an ordinary enchanted item and not a true relic.
