Pack RATS!!!

I encountered Madar Senatam in her housepod in Port Telvannis. She claims that her neighbor Dunel Varys' pack rat is diseased and has asked that I kill it. I agreed to help her with her rodent problem.

I examined Veles the pack rat and found that it is indeed diseased.

I cured Dunel Varys' diseased rat.

When I informed Madar Senatam that the rat was diseased, but that I cured the beast rather than killed it, she was clearly disappointed. She explained that her offer to pay for killing the rat stands.

For curing Veles, Dunel Varys gave me a reward. Dunel is sure that his spiteful neighbor gave his pack rat a disease on purpose and has asked that I search Madar Senatam's housepod for evidence. I agreed to help him.

I asked Madar Senatam about giving Veles a disease, but she denied any responsibility. She did agree to allow me to search her housepod, as long as I don't steal anything.

A thorough search of Madar Senatam's housepod revealed no evidence that she was responsible for giving a disease to Dunel Varys' pack rat.

I lied to Dunel Varys and told him that I found evidence showing that Madar Senatam gave his rat its recent disease. He was happy to be vindicated and asked that I take a piece of diseased meat and place it in Madar's food stores.

I placed the diseased meat among Madar Senatam's stores.

For curing Veles, Dunel Varys gave me a reward. Dunel is sure that his spiteful neighbor gave his pack rat a disease on purpose. He asked that I search Madar Senatam's housepod for evidence, but I declined.

I told Dunel that it does not appear that Madar Senatam was behind his pack rat's recent disease. He was disappointed, but gave me a small reward for trying.

I reported my success to Dunel Varys and he gave me a reward.

I killed Dunel Varys' rat. I should collect my payment from Madar Senatam.

Madar Senatam paid me for slaying Veles the pack rat.

Madar Senatam paid me for slaying the rat and curing her disease.

It seems the trader Bren Galdis is a friend of Dunel Varys, whose pack rat I slew. He won't deal with me until I compensate Dunel.

Dunel Varys is angry that I slew Veles. He demanded 100 gold in reparations. If I don't pay, it seems Dunel's friend, Bren Galdis, won't deal with me at his general store.

I repaid Dunel Varys for killing his rat. Bren Galdis should deal with me now.
